El Chapo’s sons purportedly ban fentanyl in Mexico’s Sinaloa state

The machine-printed banners were purportedly signed by a faction of the Sinaloa cartel led by the sons of jailed Mexican drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman.
