(Reuters) – Hundreds of people demonstrated in the pouring rain in the St. Louis area on Monday, targeting the Ferguson, Missouri, police department and a power company in the latest protests over the police killing of an unarmed black teenager in August. Several demonstrators were arrested in organized protests at the Ferguson Police Department after facing off with law enforcement officers on Monday morning.
