Several levees monitored in Missouri; death toll rises to 20

People move some of their belongings to higher ground on Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015, as the Meramec River continues to rise next to the Gravois Road bridge in old town Fenton, Mo. Torrential rains over the past several days pushed already swollen rivers and streams to virtually unheard-of heights in parts of Missouri and Illinois.
