By Sascha Brodsky NEW YORK (Reuters) – New York City firefighters rescued two window washers on Wednesday who had been trapped for two hours on broken scaffolding dangling outside the 69th floor of New York’s tallest skyscraper, local officials said. Rescuers cut a hole in a window of the newly opened building, One World Trade Center, and quickly pulled in the two men from the oblong, open-topped platform as it hung almost vertically high above the National September 11 Memorial in lower Manhattan. …
